Exhibits

It is with great excitement that we invite you to join us as a sponsor and/or exhibitor at our 2016 Annual Session. The Annual Session attracts approximately 650 Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Cooperative Extension Educators from across the nation and its territories. NEAFCS members touch the lives of your consumers every day through the knowledge and resources they share with communities they serve. FCS Extension professionals teach community education programs in nutrition, food safety, human development, aging, parenting education, financial management, 4-H youth development, housing, clothing/textiles and more. The resources you share with our members throughout the year and at the Annual Session are an integral educational component of these programs.

In-depth Sessions

Tuesday, September 13

In-depth sessions add a nice twist to your traditional professional development opportunities. Some will take place on site at Big Sky Resort, while others will be off-site with transportation provided.  Since these sessions are a part of your professional development, they are reserved for registered attendees. In other words, you must be registered for the conference to purchase an in-depth ticket.  Spouse/guest tickets are not allowed unless that person is registered for the conference, as well.  Each session has a minimum guarantee and a maximum allowed. If your session does not meet its minimum by July 15, it may be cancelled. If so, we will notify you with alternate options. If you are paying by check (rather than pay by credit card online), your spot in the in-depth sessions will NOT be guaranteed until payment is received. All In-Depth Sessions will be ticketed events, and you must have a ticket for a specific activity to be admitted.

Please note that these sessions will be held in the afternoon on Tuesday, September 13.  Off-site sessions will not return to Big Sky until some time between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Therefore, Affiliate Presidents who plan to attend the Tuesday night Leadership Event should not select an off-site in-depth session. There are on-site options that may better suit you.  Ticket sales for in-depth sessions are final and non-refundable.

Click "Read More" to find session details and pricing.

State Affiliate Sales Table

Click here to download the State Sales Table application form.

State sales tables are available for the purpose of states raising funds for special projects or to fund raise for a future Annual Session. These tables are not meant for states to contract with a commercial business who receives a portion of the profits. States should receive 100% of the profits.

  • For the purposes of space planning, and in fairness to all exhibitors at the NEAFCS Annual Session & Exhibits, the uniform definition of one (1) State Sales Table is clearly defined to include:
      • one single, standard 6-foot long table, with
      • tablecloth and skirting, and
      • two (2) chairs

Take This Job and LOVE It!

Karen McNenny
Karen McNenny
Deep within us all exists a yearning to be a valued member of a thriving community. We are not meant to work alone, succeed alone or suffer alone. To connect with one another in meaningful ways is precisely how we improve productivity, engagement and personal fulfillment.

Disengagement and isolation will drain the energy from our personal and professional lives. Karen will introduce the four key pillars of creating a healthy workplace community (Curiosity, Unity, Responsibility, Engagement). These pillars are relevant, as each person contributes to the mission of Family and Consumer Sciences.

The soul of America is sitting in the workplace; it is where we spend most of our waking hours. As we transform our organization into a healthy and unified community, we create a more productive and satisfied workforce. We also transform the world in which we live and learn. Community is the C.U.R.E.
