- Tuesday -Thursday: Morning Chocolate Run/Walk; Stroll a flat 3-mile course at your own pace and distance and savor the sweet aroma of Chocolatetown. Extension educators from PA, NY & ME will lead walkers and runners to get an energizing start to their day.
- Participants are to meet in the main hotel lobby near guest check-in.

Tuesday - Thursday: Gentle Yoga Flow offers a softer, slow-paced, well-supported, and relaxing practice. This 45-minute class is appropriate for students of all levels and is excellent for beginners. Lead by Olivia Jones of North Carolina Cooperative Extension 200-hr registered yoga instructor. *Some mats will be provided, however, if you can bring your own please do so.

- Wednesday Only: Get Experience in Mindfulness (GEM); Join us Wednesday morning as we go through various stress-reducing activities centered around being more mindful. This will include activities such as meditations/mental focus practices, gentle stretching and breathing techniques.
