Journal Manuscripts Due for Celebrating the Centennial of the Smith-Lever Act
Jan Scholl (PA) In 2014, we will be celebrating the centennial of the Smith-Lever Act that established federal funding for Cooperative Extension Programs. The Journal of the American Home Economics Association is planning a special issue to “tell the past, present and future of FCS Extension.” The Journal will be published as Volume 105, Issue 4 during the fall of 2013. Manuscripts are due: April 5, 2013 and you don’t have to be a member to submit an article. Just be sure to indicate in your cover letter that you are submitting for a particular theme issue.
