NEAFCS Ambassador Program

Objectives of the NEAFCS Ambassador Program: To provide quality brand representation to all speakers, exhibitors, and attendees during annual session. To enhance the professional atmosphere of annual session.
What is the purpose of an Ambassador: A NEAFCS Ambassador is a person who is committed to ensuring that all guests and attendees have a positive experience at the annual session. An Ambassador is an active or life member attending the annual session and is knowledgeable about the association. They are willing to commit to volunteering: to potentially host concurrent sessions, serve as ignite hosts, assist with special guests, provide support in the exhibit hall, provide assistance to attendees, and serve and support the conference where needed. Ambassadors are dependable, positive, personable, professional, and passionate about building and growing relationships.
A NEAFCS Ambassador should:
- Be dependable

- Provide feedback and insight
- Display a high level of professionalism
- Be knowledgeable about the association
- Be passionate about building and growing relationships
- Be willing to serve in various volunteer roles at the in-person Annual Session Meeting.
Ambassador Agreement
Required 1-hour training is on Friday, August 21st from 1:00pm - 2:30pm EST. If you cannot attend the training date, you must watch the recording within 7 days.
There will be an "Ambassador Connection Hour" where ambassadors can get to know each other, ask last-minute questions, and feel even more prepared for the annual session. This event will be held Monday, September 21, 2026 at 1:00-2:30pm EST. *The connection hour is optional for ambassadors.
What is the requirement of an ambassador each day of Annual Session? To volunteer for one or two events/activities each day in addition to ambassador activities as needed; such as assisting guest speakers, providing information prior to event, assisting attendees at the event, and/or filling in for needed spots.
Possible opportunities
- Monday: Pre-Conference Workshops, In-depth Sessions, First-Time Attendee Gathering
- Tuesday: Concurrent Sessions, Opening General Session, Welcome Event- Dollywood
- Wednesday: Concurrent Sessions, Annual Business Meeting, Exhibit Hall, Exhibit Forums
- Thursday: Closing General Session, Concurrent Sessions, Closing Awards Ceremony
- Monitoring and adding content to the NEAFCS Annual Session Facebook Group
- Power Connections throughout Annual Session
Ambassador appointment is only for the current Annual Session. The e-list will be cleared at the completion of the Annual Session.
