Hotel Information

NEAFCS has secured three hotels for the 2026 Annual Session due to limited number of rooms available at each.  Attendees may select the hotel of their choice. Please note the different rates, amenities, distance from convention center, etc. for each hotel offered below.  All meetings and events, excluding offsite events, will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center.

IMPORTANT: The University of Tennessee has home football games on the weekends immediately before and after our meeting. As a result, rooms at the conference hotel will not be available at the discounted group rate before Sunday, September 27 or after Friday, October 2.

If you plan to extend your trip for personal travel, we encourage you to explore accommodations outside of the Knoxville area, as hotel availability and rates may be limited during these football weekends.

Be aware that last-minute cancellations have financial ramifications for the association, so please try to make any changes as early as possible – no later than 4 weeks ahead if possible.  When our block has sold out and attendees are holding additional rooms, this will require other attendees to book outside our room block at a higher rate.  When attendees cancel their additional rooms that they were “holding”, this now opens up a room in our block that the association is held liable to fill or will incur attrition fees.

HOTEL SCAM ALERT! It has been brought to our attention that unauthorized housing solicitors have been contacting past attendees acting on behalf of the NEAFCS. Please note that the NEAFCS does not work with a housing group. They are claiming that they have a lower rate at the hotel options below. This is not the case. These groups are a scam and we suggest you do not contact them.

  • Room Rate: $205.00 per night (excluding taxes).

If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
  • IMPORTANT DATES: The discounted room block is only available Sunday, September 27 - Friday, October 2.  If you attempt to book additional nights on either side of the conference dates, the discounted room will not be available and you may receive a message that there are no rooms in the block.
