The NEAFCS Silent Auction and cash pot fundraiser support the NEAFCS Awards Program. Don't miss your chance to bid on great items and support a meaningful cause!
WHEN & WHERE:
Join us for the NEAFCS Silent Auction on Wednesday, September 30th, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the Exhibit Hall during Annual Session in Knoxville, Tennessee. The cash pot fundraiser will run throughout the conference, with the winner reveal taking place at the close of the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday at 5:30 PM.
- Silent Auction Drop-Off & Cash Pot Entry - Near Registration Desk
- Monday, September 28: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Tuesday, September 29: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- Wednesday, September 30: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Silent Auction Announcement & Pick-Up - Near Registration Desk
- Thursday, October 1: Winners Announced at 9:30 AM
- Thursday, October 1: Pick-Up is 9:45 AM - 12:00 PM
HOW TO DONATE:
- Download and fill out the Silent Auction Donation form
- Email your completed form to us at [email protected]
- Select an item, or items, that are easy to mail as you will be responsible for mailing your item(s) to the winner after Annual Session
- Not sure what, exactly, to donate? No problem, read below for items to consider!
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO DONATE:
- Small, sturdy items that ship easily
- Handmade items such as: cutting boards, quilts or wall hangings, wood carvings, jewelry
- "One size fits all" clothing (hats/caps, scarves, etc.)
- Gift Certificates

Food items that represent your state such as; muffin, cookie mix, soup mixes, hot sauce, jellies/fruit jams that are found in your state (ex. "Prickly Pear" from Arizona)
