Disability and Accessibility Information
Amway: Everything is ADA accessible at the hotel. The hotel does not have wheelchairs onsite for rent or use.
For the meeting space in the Amway, there are two ballrooms, Imperial and Pantlind, that have elevator lifts to access them. For Pantlind, the elevator is right outside of the ballroom entrance. There is a note on the door for the guest to call security. For Imperial, the guest will actually enter in on the mezzanine level (which is the second floor). From there, they take a lift down to a landing, and then take another elevator. They do not need security to operate either of these.
Devos Place: There are elevators in the Devos Place that are accessible from all floors. The Devos Place has wheelchairs on-site. They can be signed out of the security office which is located near the Monroe Street Entrance. There is no cost to rent but the individual would have to leave something as Collateral while it is checked out (like an ID). The wheelchair cannot leave the Devos Place or go over to the hotel. They must stay in the Devos Place Center.
RENTALS The following option was provided for wheelchair rental. They are familiar with the Amway and know where to drop off the wheelchair - usually they deliver to the bellstand where guests can pick up.
